Download a copy of your data
The short answer
Settings lets you download everything in your account, or only the parts you choose, as one ZIP file. It holds spreadsheets (CSV), complete data files (JSON) and, if you want, your uploaded files.
What to do
- Open Settings in your account and find Your data.
- Keep Everything selected, or untick the parts you don't need: Account, Profiles, Cards, Contacts, Activity, Orders and Saved designs.
- Untick Include uploaded files if you want a smaller file without photos, resume PDFs, order artwork and design images.
- Choose Download and keep the file somewhere safe. The README inside explains each file.
Good to know
For your security, your sign-in address gets an email every time a copy is downloaded, and you can export up to 5 times an hour. Activity covers the last 13 months, the time it is kept. Dates in the CSV files use your time zone.
