You ordered while signed in: what happens next
The short answer
Your cards are already in your account, so you can get them ready before they arrive. Nothing here delays printing or shipping, and none of it is required for your cards to work.
What to do
- Choose where your cards go, from the confirmation page or the button in your confirmation email.
- Open My Cards. New cards show as Getting ready until they ship.
- Edit your profile and press Publish. Visitors see the last version you published.
- Cards usually arrive within 5 to 7 days. Follow the order under Orders in your dashboard, where each package has its own progress.
- When your cards arrive, test one, then name each card in My Cards so you can tell them apart.
Good to know
If you added cards to an existing profile, its content doesn't change and the new cards follow its destination. A new profile is made from your design only when you chose a new one at checkout.
