You ordered as a guest: what happens next
The short answer
Your order is safe and your cards will work when they arrive, with or without an account. They open a profile made from your order. To change where they go or edit that profile, connect the order to a free account.
What to do
- Keep your confirmation email. It has your order reference, your shipping address and a Connect my cards button.
- Create a free account with the email you used at checkout and confirm it, or sign in if you already have one.
- Connect the order. With the same verified email it takes one tap; with a different email we send a code to the checkout address.
- Choose where your cards go, then edit your profile and press Publish.
- Cards usually arrive within 5 to 7 days. Follow delivery with the private link in your emails, which needs no account, or under Orders once connected.
Good to know
Connecting doesn't change your card links or restart production. You can do it before your cards arrive, and we recommend it. Your name and business show on your profile; your phone and email only show if you ticked that box when ordering.
