A NearvoQ card has no battery and does not need charging. Treat it like a printed card with an embedded chip.
What to do
- Keep the card reasonably flat and avoid deliberately bending or puncturing it.
- Keep the printed QR code clean and unobstructed.
- Keep it away from extreme heat and harsh cleaning chemicals.
- If tapping stops, test the QR code and another phone before contacting support.
