Find and identify your cards
The short answer
My Cards groups cards by profile and shows identifying labels and codes. Filters help distinguish active, in-production, shipped, and turned-off cards.
What to do
- Open My Cards in the account that owns the order.
- Choose a filter or find the profile group.
- Open an individual card to see its label, code, and settings.
- If cards are absent, check your account email and connect any guest orders.
Good to know
A card’s code identifies the physical card; a profile name identifies its online page. Several cards can intentionally share the same profile.
