Turn a lost card off and back on
The short answer
Turning off one card stops that card’s link without turning off the other cards that share its profile.
What to do
- Open My Cards and identify the missing card by its label or code.
- Open the card and turn it off.
- Check the turned-off filter to find it later.
- If you recover the card, turn it back on and test its link.
Good to know
Turning off a card does not delete its profile or erase details someone already saved. A profile link shared separately can still be public.
