NearvoQ ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use nearvoq.com, our 3D builder, your account and our hosted profile pages, and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you place an order or send a contact form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, business name, phone number, shipping address, order details, your card design, uploaded logos and images, and the destination links you configure. You enter your payment details on Stripe's page; we never see or store your full card number.
If you choose to create an account to save designs, we store your email address and the designs you save to your account.
If you subscribe to NearvoQ Pro, Stripe handles your card and billing address. We keep your plan, its status and renewal dates, and a link to your Stripe customer record.
Designs saved in your browser
Designs made without an account are stored in your browser using local storage and IndexedDB. Session replay may record the visible design while you use the site. Clearing browser data removes the local copy.
How we use information
We use your information to process and fulfill orders, produce and program your cards, host your profile and card links, count how your cards are used, respond to your messages, provide account features, keep our services secure and prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
When you create an account, we email you about your account and orders, and from time to time with tips, recaps of your cards and news about NearvoQ. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can turn them off anytime in Settings. Account, order and security emails still arrive.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Profiles and card links
Your NearvoQ profile is publicly accessible to anyone who taps or scans a card that opens it, or who has its link. Only include information you are comfortable sharing publicly. We count taps, scans, profile views and button clicks to show you insights; we don't store visitors' IP addresses for this. When a card is tapped or scanned, we also record when it happened and an approximate place (city, region and country) that our hosting provider works out from the visitor's network. We never store exact locations, and this activity is kept for 13 months. If you turn on "Share your contact", visitors who choose to send their details are stored for you in your account until you delete them; you are responsible for using them only to reply.
Service providers
We rely on trusted providers to operate NearvoQ, including hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), file storage (Cloudflare), email delivery (ZeptoMail and Resend) and payment processing (Stripe). They process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements, and Stripe also handles payment data under its own privacy policy.
We use PostHog for usage analytics and session replay, including clicks, navigation and visible page and canvas content. Form inputs are masked. Replays may include information displayed on screen. We use Sentry for error reporting. These services process information to help us operate and improve NearvoQ. PostHog analytics and session replay run only if you accept optional analytics in Cookie settings.
Security and retention
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. We keep order records as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support and meet legal and accounting requirements.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Contact us at hello@nearvoq.com and we will respond in line with applicable law. You can also download a copy of your account data yourself at any time in Settings, under Your data.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new date.
