These terms govern your use of nearvoq.com, the NearvoQ builder, profiles, card links and any cards you order from us.
Using NearvoQ
You may use the builder to create card designs for yourself or your business. You agree not to use NearvoQ for unlawful, misleading or harmful purposes, including linking cards to malicious, fraudulent or infringing content.
Your content
You keep ownership of the logos, images and text you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use them and grant us a license to use them only to produce your cards, host your profile and provide our services.
Orders and payment
You pay for your order online through Stripe at checkout. An order is confirmed once Stripe confirms your payment; until then you haven't bought anything and aren't charged. Prices are shown in US dollars, and any shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Our team reviews your design and contacts you if something needs fixing before production.
We may decline or cancel orders that contain content we cannot produce or that violates these terms and, if we do, we refund any payment you made for that order.
Reviews and third-party platforms
NearvoQ helps customers reach the review and social platforms you choose. We are not affiliated with Google or other platforms, and we do not guarantee reviews, ratings, rankings or other outcomes. You are responsible for following each platform's policies, including rules about soliciting reviews.
Profiles and card links
Your profile and card links are hosted as part of your purchase and keep working on the free plan. You can change where your cards lead in your account. We may suspend profiles or card links that point to unlawful or harmful content.
NearvoQ Pro
NearvoQ Pro is an optional subscription that adds features to your account. It costs $6.99 a month or $58 a year in US dollars, plus any applicable sales tax, billed in advance by Stripe. Your cards and profiles work without it.
Your first subscription can start with a 7-day free trial. You enter a card at checkout and are not charged during the trial; when it ends, your card is charged and the subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
You can cancel, switch between monthly and yearly, or update your card anytime in Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal: Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for, and we don't refund partial periods unless the law requires it. If a payment fails and can't be collected, the account returns to the free plan; your cards keep working and your data is kept.
We may change Pro's features or price for future billing periods. We'll tell you by email before a price change applies to you.
Warranties and liability
We work hard to produce high-quality cards, and we will replace cards that arrive defective as described in our shipping and returns policy. Except where the law does not allow it, NearvoQ is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
